Dear 4yby, sorry to break the news to you but the words you butcher and your inability to spell or write a coherent sentence matter to successful people. If you can’t pass a Jr. High School writing exam, you have no business representing a multi-billion dollar business. I wonder how (or if) you got through college. I am amused that the only people defending their abysmal skill sets are those who can’t keep a job. Go figure.

It has been that way for years in EDS/HP/HPE and now DXC. People coming in off the streets can (and have) be hired for more than people who have been there for years. Of course, management claims that it is completely legitimate and we - the little people - shouldn't bi*ch!
