Lol Kmart a dump? Guess you haven't been in some of the Sears stores I've been in. Yes Kmart needs updates but at least the ones I've been in there are at least shoppers.
We are all in this together. Stop with the divisiveness. We are the same company.
Sears, Kmart...doesn't matter. Stores, corporate, doesn't matter.
Everyone is in the same mess.
@evp that's what I was told by the corporate drones when I worked service in the Hoffman area
@evp - You are absolutely incorrect. Read and comprehend before you post nonsense.
"A resurgent Kmart, home of the blue light special, is buying the once-dominant Sears department store chain in a surprising $11 billion gamble it is counting on to help both better compete with Wal-Mart and other big-box retailers."

Kmart did not buy sears. Lambert bought Kmart when it was in bankruptcy, sold some Kmart property to Sears, bought enough Sears stock to be a major shareholder then bought Sears & rolled into SHC.
Kmart doesn't own Sears you idiot. Kmart bought Sears and it became one company Sears holdings! Why do you think he didn't call it kmart Holdings? Because nobody cares about kmart!
Kmart owns Sears, so it makes sense to talk about both here. Yes, the combined company is called "Sears Holdings", but they didn't call it that until after Kmart bought out Sears.
