guess they'll keep them in the bigger stores for the events, unless they shove that process over to a manager or a--'t manager.
I completely agree! For those of you who don’t know, many CBDM’s were forced to resign recently or get fired. Eventually, all CBDM’s will be out of a job. Please start your job search ASAP. I worked for the company for more than 13 years and finally left.
Our District Manager was a real evil witch with no talent (and everyone knew it) and she was only successful at pitting people against each other and would eliminate smart people who wouldn't kiss her too fat for tight pants a--.
HR is just as bad if not worse, you'd complain and they'd direct the problem back to her.
She was the reason for all the problems in the stores.
