They DXC are going to keep piling on multiple job roles/functions/responsibilities ONTO ONE PERSON so that they get YOU to do more work for THEM at a pittance and no corresponding pay increase, while the execs ROLL IN THE CASH thanks to you're stupidity at not moving on...corporate is laughing their collective asses off at how dumb the workers are.

Only the King’s fools will take on more work than they can handle. Those with no dignity or self respect and too dense to work elsewhere. But there are plenty of them so the company piles it on.

Spare a thought for those poor board members who only awarded themselves a bonus last year, worth more than 50% of their base salary! I won't talk about their stock options, it will just depress you all.

Yes you are right, no COLA for 5 years,,,,,,the only point is no incentive for increased work load multiple job titles...as it is SOP for most business operations....
You say "no corresponding pay increase", there have been no pay increases what so ever since 2013!
