The news is full of stories of changes companies are being forced to initiate to keep the current college crop of Snowflakes from melting down. Since Sean has a policy of the younger and the cheaper the better, what is your experience with dealing with these children who have never had to experience the rigors of the real business world?

When the recent graduates from America's elite universities can't deal with the idea that people do not always agree with their world view and are offended by just about anything we are truly doomed. Years ago Andy Capp had a comics series called " Little Abner". In it there was a Student Group that went by the name of " SWINE". " Students Wildly Indignant about Nearly Everything". It is so true today.
We relish watching the "kids" come from college and they say nobody knows more than they. We watch them implode and break down when something happens and the lines go down for a period of time due to their inexperience. Save the pouting for the meeting after you get your bone chewed for losing money and production time
Maybe you popped out of your mother's womb ready to perform any Corporate America job with extreme confidence and excellence but the rest of us new college grads hired for our first post degree job still need to learn how our managers expect us to perform our specific position.
