Well when you see co-workers arrive to work after you do. Take 30 minutes to eat breakfast. Then At lunch take 30 minutes for the gym then come back and eat lunch for an hour. Then go mentor for and hour then leave work before you do. When you know you work your 9 hours for the day. Yes they give you 4 hours a year to volunteer but when those 4 hours are used, it's all PTO time. Happens lot and management lets it happen......

Chesapeake doesn't trust it's employees and the employees don't trust Chesapeake. Makes for a pretty toxic environment.
