is it possible to save dell by reverse merge with vmware and abandoning the loss making EMC? what would be the probability of survival?

Ironic, MSD going private made a statement about Wall Street and being a public company calling them circus clowns in an article.

EMC has to be sold out even if it is for pennies. MD has to do it and it better do it sooner rather than later. What a piece of junk he bought..
if it meanc clearing debt then yes we can survive, if small people like us do not get laid off in the process.
EMC isn't losing money. In fact, the storage is the most margin rich in the portfolio. The issue is they are losing share. Burdening VMW with Dell Technologies is only good for MD and Silverlake. All VMW investors will suffer.
