We were told that raises are coming in June. Has anyone heard any solid numbers? Some positions are being hired NEW at 10-15k higher than those already working here.

Fresh blood always comes on higher. But to hype up and indoctrinate that new blood there first needs to be a bloodbath of the old. In other words a tighter more focused organization with fewer and newer people at higher wages to piss off and demoralize the "dead wood" so as to foment overall discord and act as a warning to those who expect a check for nothing.
