I started as an AR 3 years ago. Just before i was to get my first raise we were told they were frozen. The same was true last year. Now, as i enter year 3 will i receive an increase from the $40K i was hired at?
And are AR’s still brought in at the same $40K pay?

I look at them and still, after all of these years, cannot believe they are "in charge". New hires get a 5k raise after their first review while the rest of you twerps toil for no raise.
New hires making more than existing employees that have been there a few years is a huge disincentive and a very poor business ethic coming from DCEH. This will cause attrition and a toxic work environment. When hard working employees are given perpetual promises of a pay raise with no results, then top talent leaves.

Wow, I've been with edmc/dream center for seven years, have only had one raise (been frozen almost every year) and make well under 40k...yet I've had to add job duties and responsibilities with every round of layoffs. I don't think this is the place for you if you are counting on a raise.

Raises in the summer have not been mentioned to anyone thats all hearsay and conjecture. New people are now hired on the concept of a large increase if they make it 6months.
AMs arent your enemy, most havent had a raise in just as long as ARs. Most of the issues you deal with are UPPER MGT’s fault. Those are the people who have held their positions since matrix days yet continue to misguide, deflect blame, and make your workdays unbearable.

New SUO/AUO AR's are making between 45k and 55k. New AM's are usually around 65k. Keep in mind some AR's and AM's are making between 70k - 150k, depending on tenure. Seems like a system that works. I am sure LJ, MG, SR and AG are doing very well.
New ARs at my location are making 50k
