Mr X - Is that you Ritchie? Shouldn't you be busy dreaming up some random bullsh_t task for the employee's that have the unfortunate privilege of having you as their boss. What solutions do you have to offer? All the manager's that work under you know you're nothing but a keyboard cowboy. How you made it through the last round of layoffs is beyond me? Forget bonus! At Mumbai ESS they held up paying out rightful employee retirement money for a period of six months and more inspite of umpteen kind requests by the employees.
Govt laws stipulate imprisonment to Directors/ HR head upto a period of year and half for the crime!!!!!!!
Imagine the state of an employee without a job and no saving / retirement money!
Employees who left have lost significant interest on the money.Wft and HR India head is a mess!!
