So we’re not getting our ASM evals yet, don’t have pay information for hourly supervisor c/d level when ask and have not heard about our vacations being approved or denied. What is going on with this company?

We’re waiting also at our store. No word as of yet.
Our store has not done evals for asm or c/d associates either. Our asm's are all sweating bullets. It really s---s for them to be so stressed out. It's not a healthy environment to work in. Hoping the good ones make it through ok. In our store it seems the lazier the asst is the more praise they get from sm. Messed up system we work in!
Obviously not under a rock. Maybe not part of a well oiled machine. That’s very telling our market is far behind...
