no time . If you have a line of 3 people - first one just took 5 minutes digging in purse the 5 foot tall coupons she just received from Her pharmacy receipt. Then opens her phone looking for the digital one another taking another 4 minutes ... looking up , line is growing with agitation . Finally coupon appears on phone to verify what customer said . Xtra buck was sent digital .. but not appearing through. What do I do ?? Risk a bad survey , put all the waiting aside in vain ??? No I override the coupon and put a smile on one customers face, while the other 20 waiting in line are now aggreavated for giving up their lunch hour waiting for this one transaction to take place . Do it again , I can help the next person in line. Then I can expect to be signing my cashier analysis , for all the line voids and overrides that take place . Its a no win - either way . So why not make at least the loyal Customer happy . :)

If cvs was serious about coupon fraud they would insure they rang up properly or an

explanation was given. Just give it to customer, the next store will.

If the customer has paper manufacturer coupons, scan those first before hitting total.

Then, before scanning their cvs coupons and extrabucks, hit total.

The digital coupons should then apply.

If you have to manually enter more than 2 coupons, then no digital coupons will come off at all. In this case, you should only manually enter coupons after you have scanned all paper manufacturer and after you have hit total.

TLDR: scan items, do not hit total, scan manufacturer coupons, hit total (digital coupons should apply here), scan cvs coupons and extrabucks.
