In accordance with the bargaining agreement, those 99 employees will have "bumping opportunities," meaning some employees at Rockwell's West Point, N.C. seating operations will be replaced by longer-tenured employees from the Winston-Salem operations. Those layoffs will start around May 1 and continue on a rolling basis until December 2018.
