When it picks up most employees will leave unless they start taking care of the employees. Employees are the number one asset and the uppers better not forget.
If I give yu a kick in the a$$ will that help yu work better.
3 jobs!!!!! How about 8 jobs that I do. In our shop we have 6 people 6 that is it. Send some help please.
They need to start paying employees for the jobs they do. I do the job three people, I was lucky to keep my job but expected to do the job of two folks in different positions that got laid off.
Salary freezes have been lifted so I am expecting raises to resume, at least cost of living adjustments.

Sell off, the money saved not paying directors, VPs and all their support will make a great asset to ANOTHER company.
I left two years ago. I make half of what I did at WFT, but I am twice as happy. I found it degrading to work at such a messed up place. To each his own.

Left and can’t believe it took me so long. Other post is exactly right, fighting for equipment and to keep the hands you have working when a blanket,”cut 15%” is handed down and you’re already understaffed.

I seen it time and time again in the last year loosing guys to the completion or the smaller start ups. They pay more and you don't have to fight with supply chain to do your job. They are loosing all there good talent. I left and am so happy who wants to fight for half the day to get stock to supply your contracts.
The energy company doesn’t accept less money for more services....why should I? They better check themselves before they wreck themselves, Thug Life.
Asking for a raise when the company is effed is very selfish.
