I went through this cascade with my manager and team this week. What a farcical exercise. We hapless team members just had to go through this motion of appearing serious about this crap exercise. My manager was uncomfortable doing this horse dung. Finally we ended up defining five senseless goals before we went to the pub. We had a helluva great time getting drunk and gossiping about the morons who designed and imposed this exercise on us.
Dell has no executors. We all managers.

Does not work well...Already had my Cascade, I’m even more confused with what this year brings forth....my Manager could not answer any questions I had from the slide deck. Cascade is a joke.
Cascade replaces the huge, costly and perhaps not so effective massive global training events and instead relies on the skills of local management to learn then cascade the materials locally. Works well
