Nothing that's "news", its just the final date for full exit from any form of cohabitation and shared use of HPE infrastructure (technical, facilities, applications etc). DXC will be standing on its own two badly disfigured feet.
So if you are ES people using any of that, its ending real soon - particularly if you are in a HPE building...
