Its time for AI faculty to strike and unionize over pay.

No Union ever strikes over pay, don’t believe the media. Strikes occur over working conditions and benefits.
If you want to unionize, contact a college/university that has one and find out information so you can contact the District and inquire how to organize.
-2dsn,
I'm wating for the usual reply to your admonitions that go something like this: "Well I used to work at Argosy, SU, Ai or that other long failed POS school and when I got the layoff I instantly found work at another respectable institution.
They'll never admit that the other respectable institution had the word "mental" in front of it.
Be careful threatening a walk out. At a right-to-hire and right-to-fire company, you can be let go for any reason at any time, or for no reason - Ai owes faculty nothing and they will only keep you as long as it profits them. Faculty are a dime a dozen and non-profits, especially religious based companies and colleges are notorious for low paying "career" positions.
Keep in mind, no profitable profession will take you seriously once you've been in higher education for any length of time, and no respectable college or university will take you seriously if you've worked at an Ai (Argosy or South U, fill in the blank to include any for-profit or "non-profit").
