So far BDC management has operated within a well like a frog considering this whole world and nothing beyond this. They have done whatever they wanted. Moving to EMC will be a challenge for them because they might loose their freedom of monopoly and wrong doings. They seems worried because now only 150 odd people know about their adventurous activities and after moving to EMC whole world would know. First thing they will try to do is cover-up their illegal activities.
