Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Nothing good ever said anymore about BHGE

It's funny that no one you meet, speak to or anything you read about the company is positive these days.

Not a good word ever said in the office, offshore were classed as a joke of a company.

We have paid off more than 60% of staff and still losing money, out of the left overs most are only kept as cheap inexperienced labour .

Staff don't want to say they work here.

How did it all go so bad so fast.

Everything was too secretive. Flannery wants to save everything but BHGE and Transportation. Neither company was ready to acquire or be acquired.

We are losing leaders from both legacy businesses.

New leaders already cliquing with old poor management when everyone was hoping for change.

Systems don’t agree with each other. No one is willing to give on either side...

And that’s all before lunch!

It all started going downhill after Howard H left/sold out in 1909. It’s been a slow steady downhill ride for over a century

It's no wonder when you look at stuff like the sorry remains of a group like polymers.
