We use to take on debt to supplement operating cash flow to fund CAPEX, Dividends & Stock Buybacks. Now we are selling assets. Shareholders are not fooled. The company is shrinking and shrinking and shrinking (a lot of empty offices). Shareholders are not fooled by stock buybacks and dividend increases. Surely our unconventional opportunities would be a better use of funds. If not, then farm-out the unconventional holdings to commercially monetize those holdings. Shareholders will not be fooled with continued liquidation of the company with more asset sales to fund stock buybacks and dividend increases.

Buy high and sell low, COP it's not what we do it is how we do it?!
Here is a real fool! They are either an idiot or they work for a competitor. 😁
