Tomorrow is Feb 1st.....anyone hear any rumors or rumblings??? This is nuts to leave us hanging this long. Also if they RIF you and give you 60 days notice and severance, do they let you go early most of the time. Heard yes and no....

We are not going to be released next week just notified of who is going to be layed off in 60 days. Associates who’s programs have closed maybe released quickly.
Makes sense early release because they wouldn’t want associates 1) complaining or negative. Or 2) sharing info about great new job offers at other companies. Good luck everyone. HCMRN
I am an HCM RN
Is that for HCM’s? I’m a phc and do not have work to last that long.
Our coach just let us know we would know a week from today
FEB 2nd is here.
So sounds like pharmacy is getting hit also. Best of luck to you guys!
@mon the meeting title is called Team Inclusion. We were supposed to have it yesterday and then it was moved to EOD today. I am under the pharmacy. We already know that Sogeti our offshore team will be doing more of our work and they say that we will be moved to other applications. They are calling it “shared services”. We also have a meeting on Monday with our director which I believe to be discussing the new career framework.
Poster pvb, you are right.... We worked 3 weeks as apposed to 2 weeks, then we were giving early release. Fun how I understand it, they wanted to wait, but the UPS labels were released before the RIF date and they had to do damage control ASAP. So they let us go a week early. Consider the whole thing a much needed divorce with an emotionally abusive, narcissistic, self centered company. In the end, get yourself prepared, polish your resume, start networking, polish your brand and look for an employer that values you as much as you value the work your do for them. It will be over soon and everyone is going to experience a improved holistic well-being. Good luck everyone!
What role has a meeting tomorrow and at what time?
I can definitely see early release with all these mbrs placed into monitored. Not much work is left in my opinion. I believe their plan was to warn us ... what will it be? If notices go out next week... 3 weeks??? to stress us out and give some the opportunity to quit before paying severances. Testing all our mental capacities. I do feel sorry for the HCMs left... picking up the pieces and this damn MEP audits. Even more stress for those they are keeping... until March... you wait... yet another layoffs. I'll stick around for that severance... whether it's next week or March 😑
@hzq what is the meeting name? What's your role?
PHCs were impacted in every layoff in 2017 and they all got early release. The last group in November worked the longest time--3 weeks--while the earlier groups were released within two weeks.
I had a friend on the last one who was H CM and she got early release
The person on my team who was let go in the last round had y work all but the last 2 weeks.
We have a meeting at the end of the day tomorrow and the meeting name is suspicious.
Everyone laid off in 2017 was given early release. Everyone worked an average of 2 weeks or so then were told they didn't have to report to work anymore and could use that time to find a new job. They were still technically full time employees, received all benefits and pay. Just didn't have to report for work.
I would like to know how often an early release is given too. Any HCM-RNs that have been affected in past RIFs? Did you get an early release?
Nope must be next week
