Samsung is unstoppable. The company's structure and philosophy are remarkably different versus Intel (and most US companies). Samsung develops a working version of something, then relentlessly works to improve the technology year after year until they surpass the competition, and they don't care too much about the cost of doing this because Samsung's conglomerate structure funds / subsidizes the improvements. Samsung has been working this way for decades and is very good.
No way intel can climb back up. Samsung is helping amd and by partner with amd they can win against intel. Amd technology will be advancing with the help of tsmc, samsung , ibm etc they just a few. While intel doesnt have any of these they carry biggest cost fab that mean no share cost. They parted with micron because make no future.
It's usually the guy that was there before the ship went down who is responsible for it's decline. Unless you're Tim Cook.
