Thread regarding Sears layoffs

they should consolidate all employees at HE in one building

they should probably all fit in one building now, and they can rent out the rest of the office buildings.

Come on....we move ourselves. We move our laptops, monitors, phones, and everything in our desks. No one is paying to move desks anymore.

One of the things slowing it down is the fact that moving people directly hits the dept. Most depts, don't want to spend $60k+ to move to a less desirable area

C Bldg is full of SHC folks - I'm sitting there right now...... HA, Tools, L&G, Sporting Goods, Toys, Home, ODL/Seasonal all in C Bldg.

That’s what they’re doing. Amazon is going to move in and build their 2nd HQ. It is right next to the airport.

That's already in the works. G-bld to be emptied in the next month. Attempts to rent the space will likely be futile - I don't believe they have filled C-bld with tenants yet either and that's been emptied of SHC folks for a year or more.
