So there are a lot of long term people here, has anyone noticed a change in the way managers have been in the clubs for the last ten years or so? We used to get new managers all the time, they wouldn't stay in one place for long, they'd be trying to move up or were being forced to change all the time. That's something you had to expect as a manager and people who were willing to move more found it easier to move up.
But lately managers have been sticking around in one location, I think I've had the same managers in my store for at least 7 years. They moved positions once or twice but they're all the same people. Maybe we're going back to the old days after all these changes.
