"day and a half"? Ours was two full days...%$@&!?#
And it was apparent to our group that they didn't give a sh_ t about culture training when our director - Kevin Decker - played on his laptop in the back of the room during most of the subsequent half-day "refresher" workshop. Oh, he's a real peach, that one..
On the plus side, they no longer have to pretend that they give a sh-- about culture training anymore. The rest of us still have to act like our day and a half circle-jerk was meaningful.
