The time bonus is not better than last year.In fact its quite a bit lower than expected.Rumours are that there will be a small focal increase as a goodwill gesture.We will hear from management that Seagate have made less than expected so profit shares and payrises will be a lot less than hoped.So the a-- kissers and bootlickers efforts have been for nothing ,they have been used by seagate again.

Glassdoor and Payscale.com have data on bonus and raises. Feel free to actually do some research to find out what real Seagate employees get. Per Payscal.com:

I havent heard if there has even been a pay rise or profit share.Its being kept very quiet.Maybe its a paltry rise and bonus so thats why its not being broadcast everywhere.

If your comp ratio is high you are already earning quite a few $ more than those working around you. Great to see the company doing away with outdated system of pay increase. Well done if you have a high comp ratio. You must have done plenty of butt kissing to get it
I guess worst profit sharing among it's employees.. with 30% profit margin like apple but benefits like foxconn employees.
Hate to say this but this company earning but employees benefit keep getting worst. I doubt the management will announce anything as surprise.
Focal increase won't be much if your comp ratio is high........some right lazy so and so (we all have them) or those just in the door gonna get bigger rise than those who've worked for years and earned their appraisal based pay rises( when we got them) ,must at least 10 out of last 20 years with no rise.......... Long timers to get screwed again.
