Our District Manager (C.A.) is coming to our store this week. Does he always do a beginning of the year visit? Should be interesting.

He's in Hawaii more often because they added KMART to his list plus the new Ala Moana store. He's actually been visiting alot lately. Hawaii district is fairing better than mainland stores, so he has to make sure we continue to drive margin.
Clean, sell who cares? Its Hawaii!!
And I suppose all at once there are all kinds of hours available for cleaning for the visit but there are no hours any other time for selling.
If I was a DM with a store in Hawaii I would visit every week.
Should go smooth enough, feedback here and there, but they've been quiet on anything major. Regional has yet to roll around, we will see.

Our store is in Hawaii, so that's why I was asking. He rarely comes to begin with.
Ours doesn’t! But he did Thursday said exciting things are coming to our store and wham!! Friday cuts to full timers

DMs visit each store a minimum of once per month. Big whoop.
