I would agree there are still technicians out there that care and are good at what they do.
Their management (similar to what I read about the stores) are not leaders. They simply follow instructions. You may ask how I can say that? Because I was one of them and had the chance to change my direction. Still feel bad for the ones who haven't woke up....
