So much fear, anger, and jealousy here. What ever happened to doing the best you can with the time you have and trying to support those around you instead of tearing them down? If these are the only type of people that work at Windstream then it's no wonder why the company is laying people off. I feel bad for anyone living and working with that type of outlook. Just sad :(

Got a team lead like that too. But she only sleeps with managers in other departments so there's no conflict of interest.
Exactly. It used to be that your supervisor worked their way up the chain and knew how you should do your job. Now the idiots go to the front of the line and couldn’t help you in the field if their life depended on it. But you damn well better get your hazardous training done or not miss your lunch metric or there will be h3ll to pay. Who cares about product or customers.
Bring it on. Entirely too much dead wood laying around - or should I say management. Most of them are in charge of a department in which he or she never even performed the job and doesn’t have a clue on how to do it. Metric people.
