I am so sorry for each and every PHC and those who will be affected. Yes, you do a great job. Keep your head up, don't give up. May your future be bright and this change create positive opportunities.
I was FCM & then PHC Ct to PHC
It has been a great ride- sad to see it end. I’m happy for what I’ve learned. I’m happy for being able to help the mwmebers that I have.
I would recommend that all HAH be aware of change & seek other positions within the company.
thank you all.
Rn here. You all do a great job and will be missed
@1aaw -- That is a beautiful sentiment. And the band played on...
Somehow it seems easier for me to accept being one of the last ones standing. Not quite sure why, but there's some peace and closure in this leave-taking process as Live Healthy ends.
Peace and best wishes to all.
Oh gosh I hope you think the same when you get members from me. Almost all I am sending up are members that are on a list I am told to move up due to score. Many of them I have never spoken to or only briefly & have had many PHCs. I wanted to put notes saying sorry !
As an HCMRN who is getting members from PHCs I will say you guys do an AMAZING job. As the prior poster said, it has been a privilege.
I am a CHE and I have to say it's been a pleasure supporting you! My heart goes out to you during this terrible time. Y'all got the shaft!
What a journey with humana. Quite a few of us field care managers from ltih lost our positions in 2015 and moved to PHC position just to lose it....
OP and poster below, and any other PHC’s reading this - what a year we have endured. Best to all of you! You all cared so much for your members and those of you who I knew were a joy to work with.
I feel like a violinist on the titanic- gentlemen (and ladies) it has been a privilege playing with you...
Oh thank you so much for that comment! This has been a very rough week saying goodbye to members as we move most to graduation and others who are eligible to nurses. So draining.
