Malaysia Global Delivery New Org Structure Effective March

There will be new organization structure effective from March onwards. China center is closing and legacy projects are in the transition over to Malaysia team. Mass hiring of contractors and junior over the Cyberjaya center. Seem like each manager will managing 20-30 headcounts.

Despite some employee waiting for WFR in March, , there will be increment in Cyberjaya center. Just a matter how much....

the best things are the contractors really capable of the jobs? who did the interviews? or just want to fill up the empty space in car parks or buildings...

we can make use the junior and contractors by assigning them more works while we waiting for wfr this march. i don't think there will be high increments. just wait and see.

They will hire on 6 months contract terms. Guys please ask for high salary like RM15K onwards also place 3 months guaranteed work. At least you got at least RM45K if they decided to chop you out.

this is just a temporary solution only. the centre will eventually close. with so much bad n negative remarks, nobody will be crazy enough to waste his/her time in here. I already got the invitation but i told the recruiter to f--- off.

The contractor's terms will last for 6months. Is either terminate or renew. As more work is allotted to malaysia center, probably we need the resource to stabilize it. And TOTALLY unfair if the increment is only to the certain level of people and this will continue to demotivate even more works are coming in.

As I know China team is busy with the interview and looking for the job. Transitions are not really smooth. We are not being satisfied with job been assigned to us. Some people are downgraded their skill and asking us to do the work totally not related to our skill and interest. The team really giving pressure to their manager as works are not realistic.
