I have lost so much on this stock - I keep hoping that they will do a deal and price will go up enough that I can salvage something. But on the other side, like you said it might continue its dive until its worthless.

We have seen this process before with all of our other M&A. If we see any of the following its a sign the are sold or up positioning themselves for aquision.

Sell off assets for cash

A sizable RIF on the staff work force

Leadership "Leave for new opportunists"

Talent starts to bleed away along with customers

Choice One sold their 10% stake in Fibertech for $100M, then merged to become OneComm.

ELNK sold off their FiberNet assets to Lumos,

ELNK sold off their managed services business

Merged as Windstream

WIN has decided to focus on UCaaS they no longer need any other VoIP products.

I suspect that WIN will do the same with managed services and ALLWORX.
