As a legacy HPE employee who was insourced into our client's company I am wondering if anyone has received a refund of the additional vacation time they purchased through a payroll deduction? This used to be paid out with the last payroll check of the year. We are hearing that no one has received their refund yet. Thanks!

I received a refund of 5 paid vacation days in my last check.
I got mine back with the final paycheck of the year, but I'm in California and they probably fear pissing the state off.
Well, based on my experience with HPE/DXC when I quit, they'll say you already took the purchased part, but didn't take the un-purchased part, and the un-purchased part is non-refundable/lost at the time of separation. Or, the purchased part covered the un-earned vacation that you lost when you separated...
I hope you get it back...if only they were as creative solving their clients problems, as they are at lightening their employees pockets.
