Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Hard day

It was a long and hard day at work..everything just s---s here! I came home and was feeling so overwhelmed by the negativity and depressing environment at work. Never have I seen droopy shoulders, sad eyes and such frustration in employees. F--- these so-called leaders of this company who are all in it for themselves. How much money do they f---ing need!!!! Get a life and invest in employees you bastards.

Enron, Nortel, Sears , Toys R Us..... Just saying . DXC is not immune to the blatant disease of Management ineffectuality. In fact , its past stage 5 or a code blue . This piece of excrement company has no values towards its employees . I know who they are and what they are. So does the industry .

Well said Frogman: Real Leadership is a privilege to better the lives of others.

Mikey and his goons read this: No amount of money will make a greedy person happy. There is a gigantic difference between earning a great deal of money and being rich. Your leadership is being watched by a higher authority. Money is only a tool. It will take you wherever you wish, but it will not replace you as the driver. Real Leadership is a privilege to better the lives of others. It is not an opportunity to satisfy personal greed. In our daily life, we encounter people who are angry, deceitful, intent only on satisfying their own needs. There is so much anger, distrust, greed, and pettiness that we are losing our capacity to work well together. Mikey's greed to obtain something for nothing has never yet been able to content itself with a moderate profit. It is so sad to continually read this forum but only a collapse of DXC is the only answer.

Mikey is chairman of the board and CEO and is effectively his own boss. He can do exactly what he likes. This would not be legal in many territories due to corporate governance rules, but apparently anything goes in the US. It is this sort of crazy situation that has enabled Mikey to keep his unqualified, ex-PA girlfiriend in post by his side as the head of HR!

completely agree. How greedy can you get! By the way when he wants to replace older people by young graduates - he should start with himself.
