Who is planning to leave after stock and bonus this year? The role is awful with the extreme workload, lack of support from regional directors who are clueless about day to day operations, and the lack of training from the company all while trying to maintain results before we are put on improvement plans for missing.
Quite a big difference in roles when someone gets all new stores versus other district leaders that have all or a majority of them, but no one cares.
