Definitely going down on Feb 13/14 at FLHQ. Like everyone else I’ve heard 10%, but I know some groups have been not filling roles in anticipation of it, and I think those count toward overall reduction. Dunno of its 10% heads or 10% dollars. Guess is dollars.

If it's 10% dollars, why lay off so many admins?
Bottling business is not being refranchised
Bottling business are being refranchised and PEPSICO will focus primarily on frito. S---s for Frito

Check conference rooms booked by HR. That way you know when your building will be hit.
Same thing here in the Plaza and over at our R&D facility. Have a feeling either the Plaza gets gutted or Barrington does and is consolidated somewhere.
Multiple Conference rooms blocked by HR all day feb 13-15
Now it’s like working at a former Soviet bloc eastern European country, there is ZERO incentive to do anything beyond the bare minimum
I remember when I was excited about coming to work at Frito-Lay. There was such an amazing energy and the people fed off of that energy. It really s---s to see how the years of layoffs have effected the culture of or workplace. It s---s to see how we have divisions between levels. It s---s to see how the energy and momentum have been s---ed right out of our company. I’ll quote one of many great lines from my all time favorite movie... Remember the Titans; “Attitude reflects leadership”. Sure would be nice to see a renewed energy and leadership that would not mind getting their hands dirty to move our company in the right direction. Best of luck everyone. We’ll all get through this.
