https://www.qcomvalue.com/ I think they are doing an OK job as board members. Tend to keep all the money for the higher up management, but Broadcom will be worse. More layoffs if Broadcom takes over.

Current management team is trying to keep their jobs and their executive compensation ; however Octane is going to replace them; this video shows how concerned they are to stop milking the Q executive compensation and adjusting to the new phase of their life that is coming soon.
Qualcomm = corruption
In the video I thought it was telling how the other execs smirked while the CFO spoke -- it appeared that the execs didn't believe the grandiose projections the CFO was making.
What a terrible presentation. Wooden delivery and jam packed slides...
I voted white, no way out for 70
Vote blue QC execs have rested on their laurels for far too long. Take their golden parachute and hand them their GTFO package.
Vote BLUE to get rid of the f----g corrupt groups and nepotism.
They want you to tender your NXP shares trading at $121 for a measly $110.
I am going with blue proxy so that corruption in Qualcomm stops..
Video says $1B in saving in SG+A ( Selling, General and Administrative ) .
With $200K per employee ( $130K plus $70K over heaad, real estate, etc), that is 5 employees per million dollars.
So $1B is about $1B/$200K = 5,000 employees. Probably will do it mostly with temps.
On the other hand, Hoc Tan will probably lay off those above people plus entire divisions.
I'm going with present management and voting WHITE proxy. (Because I want to keep my job.)
