Any news on IT India layoffs ? What does the terms and packages look like ? If someone knows the criteria, please do let us know

Err, IT is well known to be huge budgets, typically not able to finish the budget requiring international biz trips for many in IT just to use up the budget. I honestly don't think there's any layoff in IT.

Nusually a 2 month pay, Some firms in the past have provided a month to each year spent. Legally nothing..its more of a decent gesture. India pays for 15 years are as high as EU comp if not more though
Terms are „There is the door!“ The package is the cardboard box you get for your personal items.
