Ageism and racism. You watch. Especially old PBG people. Being black is not diverse enough. I lot of personal vendettas will play out. Favoritism is running rampant. So many "people on the move" notices. Those are the special ones being moved out of positions where groups will be hit.

Waa waa waa. Unions are an arcane structure which protect low-performing employees from being fired and limit the ability of the company to be agile in their decision making. If the employee delivered more value than they were paid, they'd have no problem getting another company to pay them that amount.
People whine, complain and level accusations all you want. It's not going to stop the inevitable. The strong people are those who see each day as an opportunity. The weak are the ones who complain and scheme to sue.
Forget speak up, just go public with it

Employees NEED to let people know what's going on. Contact local newspapers, reporters, post the facts, complain.
WE will continue to be treated as GPID not people.
Voice your opinion of not receiving bonuses or unfair work practices and more importantly INTIMIDATION.
