To protect their bonuses the leadership in OKC, specifically Shenedra and Kelley, have ordered 10 hour workdays. The staff was told to make other arrangements for personal life events and childcare or quit. No exceptions. Only 4 days notice. Staff who have nothing to do with CSO have been ordered to work in departments they have no training in so expect serious screw ups.
The moral is non existent and I think most employees have realized that OKC is a doomed site. In fact the company has already started the process of selling the site and riff'ing all departments. Pathetic.
