The sad thing about all these posts....they are all true
Another example of how CVS turns a negative into a positive. They get a $3 million dollar fine for an infraction...come up with a multiple choice quiz for their new hires and current associates...pay $11/2 million then say:
SEE HOW WE TRAIN OUR ASSOCIATES SO THIS DOESN’T HAPPEN! i.e outdates, price changes, payroll and that doesn’t include the Pharmacy quizzes.
Cvs will pay the fines and continue to do whatever they want! They have been fined in so many different states for breaking Hundreds of regulations and nothing changes.
Not just California, New York as well but these states are so big they do not have the manpower to enforce or inspect. They rely on workers to report infractions...we all need our jobs. I have seen first hand that you might as well fill out your complaint paperwork on the unemployment line! We need better protections...maybe after exposing the horrible treatment of women the workforce in general will be next!
CVS is now exposed and will be under a spotlight! About time cvs gets a taste of there own medicine! Someone needs to start a class action lawsuit in CA, cvs is breaking sooo many labor laws in this state its not even funny

Actually the way I look at that change in policy is...CVS has a long tradition of being a two faced, hide what we are really doing behind something that makes us look good, company. When is someone going to say, why did it take this long to do it the right way...not very innovative! Maybe they will stop airbrushing their books too!
