Do the coaches already know which of their HCM-RNs are going to be Rif'd?

This program at one point was doing exceptionally well. They got over confident, had a change in leadership and break it too big too fast. Thankfully the leaders who led us down that dark path are now gone or leading other areas. Though I don't feel particularly safe, I will say this new management seems more genuine. I don't think they would have accepted an executive leadership position without a vision to have this program succeed. I am still keeping one eye on the door and still sending out resumes for one because I could be laid off in a couple weeks and 2, you just never know
I agree below poster - I can't think of anything they have said in the past year that has been true or transparent. Coaches are in the same boat trying to hold on as long as they can. No one is going to give anyone an all clear or a " Yes. It's you."
Of course they are not SURE but they do have input do not let them tell you they don't. COMS had them do an assessment of each HCMRN on team and send to the COM. They are again going to use these flawed analytics that are skewed by wrongly chosen data. They do not care who has been here longer, do not care who needs the insurance due to an illness, do not care if you are mother and sole bread winner, do not care if death in your family, do not care,do not care, do not care.
Basically another will come on here and say "This is business......i say BS"
This company keeps right on hiring nurses for HCM roles full well knowing they are closing areas and will impact numerous lives. Again, they do not care.....
Coaches have some inkling who will stay and who will go...however they will keep it to themselves since they were threatened that if anything leaked and was tracked back to them they would be immediately terminated. So knife to their tongue...
Lets be real, we were told how GREAT this program is...had great enrollment....great retention and this area was the money maker from past town hall meetings....now tell me....who screwed up and now all of a sudden it is realigning and getting smaller...were you lying then or now????
Promise new benefits package with 2 wks off to care for ill family, 2 personal holidays off....better package and then oops...some of you will be gone....
Right after this bonus...hmmmm, now that is fishy too. Is that to smooth it over????
Just PHC coaches know they are impacted. Everyone else - not yet.
