Such a Shame

What a sad day. It’s a bloody shame Windstream leaders don’t get it - a successful company always values their employees as their most important asset. Treat your employees right and they will take great care of your customers. Instead they are driven by greed and are apparently not aware that the Windstream name is no longer associated with any bit of quality. Employee morale has hit rock bottom. Buying more companies is not the answer either! Fix what you have. Stop letting the loyal, experienced people go. How is that possibly going to make anything better? Oh wait, it’s not going to get better. More work, less people, less knowledge & experience. What could go wrong?

The only employees are valued are those that sit in the "C" level area. Expect your workload to increase as they shuffle the chairs on the p--p deck of the Titanic.
