Thread regarding Humana Inc. layoffs

Is there a way to find out where we rank number wise as a HCM RN overall in the company? I know where I stand within my team.

Will it change anything to know where you are ranked. They will not tell you. Just prepare for the worst and hope for the best.

There is more to rank than number of calls so if you are basing your rank solely on metrics you are barking up the wrong tree

There are three scenarios

1, You think you know.

2, You caught a peek of the summary form.

3, You were told.

If you think you know you are most likely wrong

If you caught a peek in error, keep it to yourself, there will be no peace for you if you share.

If your coach showed you they should be fired and how would you feel if they showed that to everyone else.

Because you can't challenge these rankings we need to accept it. If you think your layoff is based on some kind of discrimination then speak to a lawyer. I think you are making way too many assumptions when you say you know where you rank.

After work today, I sat just staring at the tv, not watching what was on, but thinking of the past years I’ve worked for Humana. Tears started to brim my eyes. This job has taken a tole on me. I think I will be impacted, and if I am, I will need to take a little time to recover from the experience. I can’t take a lot of time, but I am going to give myself the gift of a couple of weeks.

I think all this ranking and PEER comparison crap just makes us all cut throat. They want machines, audits they want your words to be their words. No personality or exchange with the member. We are technically data collectors and occasionally you get to teach something. Fill all these surveys, watch these alerts that have all different due times and get pop up meeting etc and keep dialing cause we are timing how long it is between calls. In other words how long to chart a call, god forbid you are not a fast typing person, or why don't you just copy paste everything like i see so many members charts that i get from other HCMS...where is the care for employee health and wellbeing? This stress and pressure is making us have ulcers, hypertension, depression and for heavens sake suicidal ideation

Your leader gets reports. You are ranked based on metrics but the report includes over due alerts, timely done actions and other info. My old manager eould show is these on a regular basis but to be honest people ranked in top tier werent always great Cm but had good numbers

My understanding is it is multifactoral so they look at many things. Also that we are not privy to that information.
