CST is job title, customer service tech. Primarily the techs that do the residential service. I'm sure that's a loose description especially in the rural areas.
Forgive my ignorance. What is CST? I know we all talk in acronyms but I missed that one
And in 2 or 3 more months. It will be another 500+ people.
