This paragraph is interesting:
“All of the changes being announced today have a single goal: creating long-term growth and success for DXC and our people. We will more effectively engage our clients, partners and employees, and will better position the company to innovate, sell, deliver and grow.”
The implication is to increase the share price to make the company look good before it is flogged off to an unsuspecting buyer. Advice to ML: hire more useless sales people to sell the message.

The last line was a good one...
"DXC has so far failed to ignite the sales engine and insiders have questioned if Lawrie has the skills to move the business into growth mode."
We have not had the renewals in our account and this line really hit home for me. March can't come soon enough for me.
