Why is this forum a magnet for old and bitter souls who just can't let go from COP?
Continuing to post the same old pointless complaints, but wanting to know how the company is continuing to operate.
Some of you even pretend to still work at COP and post about how you wish you could leave. How sad.
My advice - move on. You were fired. You've probably been fired from several places before.
Life gets better when you move on.

To the poster. Why is it you think that those who were laid off/fired were poor performers? THere are many pieces of information out there, nevermind most others own experiences, that prove this to be false.
Maybe people can't let go because they're (wrongfully) accused, on a constant basis, of being "not good enough".
Judging by some of the people I saw retained, what COP judges as "not good enough" should be considered a compliment

All people with negative comments are all ex-employees. There are no two ways about it. Either you like it here and you are employed or you didn’t like it or we didn’t like you. Be a man and accept your guilt and God forgives everything just like our great President.
I think most leaders have already left voluntarily or booted from this once great place to work. TMT is bunch of no decision makers with no idea to develop young talent. The only way one moves in company is if your manager likes you and is powerful with lots of connections. I question how I continue to work here.
The “leaders” are upset because their fragile egos are being stroked less these days as the rank-and-file employees care less and less about playing management’s games. Don’t worry snowflakes, I’m sure you’re fantastic leaders. That IS why you were oromoted to those positions. Right?
