Will the Che role be eliminated?

I don't think there were 2 different answers. One person stated the role is not being eliminated. The next said there will be cuts with the possibility of future eliminations. The one good thing about the CHE role is knowing it can be molded into just about any administrative role which is essentially what they are. CMs and PHCs utilize them for the administrative assistant part of their jobs. Probably won't need all of them but a few will be needed.
I agree op.... just get ready. No one is going to jeopardize their job to share more information and no one should expect a person to put their neck out to appease others.
We just have to wait and see. It will only be a couple more weeks for this round. Just prepare. No one is going to jeopardize their jobs to give you specifics. Layoffs are coming everyone get ready!

Two completely different answers. That’s the problem with this site, How are we supposed to know what is accurate and not, when everyone has a different answer.
How many hcmss will be cut?
There will be cuts to the CHES. There will be no need for the Wellness Ed pilot y'all are doing since Live Heakthy is being eliminated. Since almost half of the nurses are being RIFd they have to make drastic cuts to your teams. Each person has been evaluated by your coach. These evals will go to your COM and eventually HR. I don't know how fairly the evaluations will be for you all since y'all have seen significant changes in coaches and teams this year. Coaches are only human and struggle to not bump up evals or show loyalty toward their original team members. The evaluations used are very quantitative but the struggle to be objective is very real. If you are brand new to the team chances are you will go unless you quickly made your mark or your metrics were extremely high. Remember though, those of you left now really are the best of the best! Even if you are the ones let go, you made it through drastic cuts to your role in 2017. CHEs may not survive the cuts going forward and may be eliminated in the 2nd quarter.
