from the 2000+ TDPers who got here at Optum Tech, the senior VP just told me that they will lay around 10% of these young Millennials off starting February since Mr. John Santelli got cut a warming that there are too many TDPers and we need to cut them; watch out for the news coming in the next few weeks!

TDP'ers: learn everything you can from the old ones. We are depending on you to keep the stock going that is supporting us after we're laid off!
@RfrWjdU-8qpq TDPer's have a bad rep because while you were brought in to learn, leadership was having you learn from expensive employees so they could lay them off. The replacement is younger and much cheaper.
Also, Optum is an unhealthy environment full of stress and grief. Get out while you can and DO NOT fall for the bonus/merit cycle as a reason to stay. Collect it and then GTFO.

Can you elaborate on the Re-Org mentioned? Is that just for Optum or UHC also? The all employee meeting is taking place today for UHC Employees.
January 21st is the start of the new re-org. I am hoping to be laid off from this evil company. So many indians I can't stand it.
