What can I say. My review with my manager, as with all the people I work with, is next week, per the corporate memo that came out a couple of weeks ago.
And all the folks here are expecting focal increases and bonuses.
If you can't accept that, then keep crying like a juvenile. Doesn't matter to me.
So no1 received any amt of increment? Not even 50 bucks?
I also had my review on 1/18 with no focal.So yes,mid year reviews have stated.

My whole group of 10 people in Longmont had mid year reviews on 1/19 and 1/20.I swear it wasn’t a dream.Many others in different groups had mid years done also.So “nice try” right back at ya.Putz.
Mid year reviews were indeed released starting today.
Theres been no mid-year review for anyone.Management cant do them until pay rises or profit share info is released.Another lie from a seagate a-- kisser who believes that seagate can do no wrong.Dont embarrass yourself anymore.
You must work for another company if you already had your mid year review. Seagate managers won't be meeting with employees for at least another week or two.

Funds are limited. It only makes sense to dole them out to the ones that deserve it. You never mentioned how many patents or process improvements you came-up with in the last 2 qtrs, but I'm going to go out on a limb here and say...

Where? Typically the Sales group sees the largest % in focal increase and profit sharing, but I have it from a very reliable source that everyone with a decent rating will get a pay increase this time around, and nice profit sharing distributions will be given out across the board.
Shares are up.factories getting alot busier.More Full time operators being employed.Whispers of profit share and pay increments.Yet seagate management are still on plan for more layoffs this year???
